Shipping Policy

  1. At Baggy Locker, we’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please review the details below for our processing times, delivery expectations, shipping rates, and what to do if something goes wrong.

    Processing Time

    We aim to dispatch all orders within 10–15 business days, unless an item is:

    Marked as a pre-order

    • Experiencing high-volume dispatch

    Note: Processing times may be longer during peak seasons or for custom orders. Any exceptions are listed on the respective product pages.

    Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

    Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
    Can’t find the email?

    • Check your spam/junk folder.

    • Still missing? DM us on Instagram (@baggylocker) — we respond within 1 business day (Mon–Fri).

    Important: The shipping estimate shown at checkout refers to delivery after your order has been dispatched. It does not include the processing time.

    Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

    All orders are shipped with tracking. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs delays, courier disruptions, or seasonal demand.

    United States & Canada

    • Express Shipping: $17 USD

    • Estimated Delivery: 3–6 business days (after dispatch)

    International (Europe, UAE, Australia, etc.)

    • Express Shipping: $21 USD

    • Estimated Delivery: 3–8 business days (after dispatch)

    We do not issue refunds for missed or delayed delivery estimates.

    Pre-Orders

    Items marked as pre-orders typically require 4–6 weeks to process and ship.
    Estimated timelines are shown on the product page below the price.

    Customs & Duties

    We ship on a DDU (Duties Delivered Unpaid) basis.

    • Orders shipped outside Canada may incur import duties/taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.

    • These fees are not included in the product or shipping price.

    • Refusal to pay duties may result in the parcel being returned.

      • If returned: A refund will be issued minus original shipping costs, any duties, and a 15% restocking fee per item.

      • If not returned: No refund will be given.

    Confirmation of Delivery

    Orders are shipped from Canada.
    Delivery is confirmed when the courier marks your package as “Delivered.”

    Incorrect Address

    Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.
    We cannot be held responsible for:

    • Incorrect or incomplete shipping details

    • Lost or delayed packages due to customer error

    Once an order is placed, address changes may not be possible.

    Delivery Issues

    If you have a delivery-related issue, contact us or the shipping carrier within 15 days of the order date.
    We may not be able to resolve issues reported after this period.

    Returned to Sender

    A parcel may be returned if:

    • The address is incorrect

    • Delivery attempts fail

    • The package is unclaimed

    If returned to us:

    • A refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost

    • If Free Shipping was applied, the actual shipping cost will be deducted

    • You may request re-shipment by paying a new shipping fee

    Returned packages are held for 30 days only.
    If your order is being returned, email us immediately at info@baggylocker.com.

    Damaged or Faulty Products

    If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately upon receipt and before use.
    We cannot assist with items that have been worn or used.

    Lost or Stolen Packages

    Baggy Locker is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels.
    If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you didn’t receive it:

    1. Contact the carrier to file a claim.

    2. Notify us — we’ll do our best to assist, though we cannot guarantee recovery or reimbursement.
