Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturer defect, we’re here to help.
To be eligible for a replacement or store credit:

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

You must provide clear photo or video evidence of the defect or damage.
Once your request is reviewed and approved:

We will issue a replacement for the same item, OR
-
If the item is no longer available, we will issue store credit.
